RAVI MATLANI

Teaching Since 2018

Cambridge International/CBSE AS & A Level Biology develops a set of transferable skills including handling data, practical problem-solving, and applying the scientific method. Learners develop relevant attitudes, such as concern for accuracy and precision, objectivity, integrity, inquiry, initiative, and inventiveness. As a teacher with years of experience managing a classroom of 35-40 children. I can modify teaching plans for students without compromising the performance of their peers. Believes in driving a positive change in the society through the students. My course involves Confident, secure in their knowledge, keen to explore further, and able to communicate effectively through the language of science Responsible, for developing efficient and safe scientific practices and working collaboratively with others Reflective, able to evaluate evidence to draw informed and appropriate conclusions, and recognizing that the applications of science have the potential to affect the individual, the community, and the environment.

Honors & Awards

A Science teacher with years of experience managing a classroom of 35-40 children. A certified teacher who can modify teaching plans for students without compromising the performance of their peers. *Created and maintained a welcoming, friendly, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where all students felt comfortable. Established classroom and field trip rules and enforced them fairly and effectively. Developed rigorous lesson plans and lectures and prepared students for quizzes and tests. Graded papers, lessons, tests, quizzes, and other assignments, relaying information to parents and school board when necessary. Also, my achievements include:- *Won the first prize in Paper Presentation on the topic"Nanotechnology – Its Role in Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis”held on 30th September 2016 at Technorazz - 16 School of life Sciences, JNU Jaipur.  *Won the second prize in Poster Presentation on the topic"Nanotechnology – The Future of Medicine” held on 29th September 2016 at Technorazz - 16 School of life Sciences, JNUJaipur. .  *Worked as social worker and environmentalist Board of Directors in Naya Sawera NGO.  *Worked in AIESEC as International Coordinator.  *Worked as core team member in the 4th workshop on Basic Molecular Biology Techniques relevant to cancer research and carried out DNA Extraction and PCR techniques at(NICPRICMR) Noida.  *Won the Best Volunteer Award by honourable Education Apart from Minister Mr. Ghanshyam Tiwari for working in Naya Sawera NGO.
