Currently i am enrolled in Bachelors B.Sc(Hons) in Sports Sciences & Physical Education (Last Year). I have an experience of 7 years in the fitness industry, I conduct one-on-one Personal Training sessions including Strength and Functional training. I train my clients face-to-face as well as online. Additionally, I have also helped clients suffering from injuries on their path to rehabilitation in collaboration with a physiotherapist.
